When we tell our stories, we bridge loneliness and fear to find connection, validation, and strength. This is a safe place to be heard. If you choose to share, your words may ripple out to other women across our platforms so they feel seen, supported, and less alone.

  • How this works

You submit your story using the form below. (You must be +18 years of age.) We review for safety, clarity, and fit with our mission, which may include some light editing. With your consent, we may share your story on our site, newsletter, podcast, social channels and other platforms. You can choose how your name appears, or stay anonymous.

  • What to share

Anything real and meaningful to you: a turning point, a lesson learned, a struggle you’re in, a win you’re proud of, or the small moments that changed your perspective. Our suggested length is 150–600 words.

  • Before you submit

Please avoid sharing private details about other people without their consent. Also, please note that we are a supportive community, but we are not equipped as a crisis service. If you’re in immediate distress, please contact local emergency resources or a trusted professional.
